Salary £19,312 pro rata or £10.01 per hour

NJC Scales 5                    37 hours per week

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as an administrator in our Stevenage office. The person will need to be confident, have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and be able to work on their own initiative within the Home-Start Herts team.

The Scheme Administrator role is based in our office in Bedwell, Stevenage. The role of the Scheme Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Operations and Strategic Teams and Board of Trustees, and to ensure the efficient administration of Home-Start Hertfordshire.

Home-Start Hertfordshire is a local community network of trained volunteers and expert support helping families with young children through their challenging times. Home-Start offers a unique service, recruiting and training volunteers to visit families at home to offer informal, friendly and confidential support.

The Scheme Administrator’s responsibilities include general office duties such as data input, report writing, database management, photocopying, diary management, filing, mailing and reviewing correspondence. Successful applicants will demonstrate excellent office administration and interpersonal skills.
