Final figure for the final feast was a fantastic £6,200!

What a fantastic night we all had.

The medieval cast from Theatre Company Money Penny Productions played out the dark and treacherous plot throughout the evening.  Guest had great fun trying to solve the mystery, interrogating the actors and studying the props and clues provided.

St Michael’s Manor served a fabulous three course meal, as always, and the evening ended on a high with a very successful auction.

Events like this are so valuable to us, not only for raising money but also for raising our profile.

We need to raise funds as there are families in real need of our support.  This was illustrated in a heartfelt and powerful presentation on the night by a mum who had received life changing support from Home-Start.  She found herself in a desperate situation when she was diagnosed with a brain tumour, half way through her pregnancy. She was left unable to walk or read.  With a toddler to look after too, she was feeling she could no longer carry on.
