In light of the current situation COVID19 and advice from government, our home-visiting service is suspended and the family groups will run with limited capacity.
Volunteer Mentors will offer their Home-Start families weekly telephone support and continue with ‘walk and talk’ outside, following government guidelines. Volunteer Managers will continue to keep the Volunteer Mentors updated with any information from the families.
Some family groups will continue to run but with limited numbers and everyone will be following government guidelines such as social distance and the use of face masks. Group Leaders will keep touch with families who are on our register but are unable to attend the groups. They will be available to provide support with queries and worries that families may be experiencing in these exceptional times.
Our team will always do their upmost best to offer their support so please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Staff will predominately be working from home and some may be helping their children with remote learning. Please excuse any delays in their response.
We hope to have someone in the office as much as possible.
